Prior abuse evidence allowed at Marissa Alexander trial

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Prior acts of domestic violence by Marissa Alexander's estranged husband will be allowed at her December trial, the judge in the case announced Wednesday.

Circuit Judge James Daniel granted, in part, the defense's request to call an ex-wife and two former girlfriends of Rico Gray, all of whom say he was abusive and whom Gray previously admitted abusing.
