DETROIT (WJBK) - A mother is under arrest on Detroit's west side after her 4-year-old boy received a gunshot wound in their home. The boy, Jaylen Lum, is being treated at the hospital in temporary serious condition.
It happened around 10 p.m. Monday in the 6200 block of Minock, which is near the intersection of Evergreen and Ford roads.
The families of Oscar Pistorius and the woman he killed have accepted the decision by South African prosecutors to press for a murder conviction and a harsher sentence for the athlete.
