Work's sister talks about their childhood, Colton's life

CEDAR PARK, Texas -- A pinwheel blowing in the breeze broke the silence in Heritage Oak Park, where the base of the beloved "Oak Tree" was covered with candles, stuffed animals and flowers as a memorial for Colton Turner, the 2-year-old whose body was found in a shallow grave just more than a week ago.

 "Something needs to be changed, because now, my nephew is dead because they did not give the time of day to him," said Heather Tyler.
