$3.1M bail set for man accused of triple murder

CORPUS CHRISTI - Corpus Christi police Monday identified a 63-year-old man accused of fatally shooting three people and critically injuring a 10-year-old boy, according to a news release.

 Police arrested Sammuel Everett Toomey on suspicion of capital murder and one count of aggravated assault in connection with a shooting Sunday night at Marina Village, an RV park in the 200 block of Naval Air Station Drive in Flour Bluff.
