Stay family murder suspect misses court appearance due to evaluation

HOUSTON - Ronald Haskell, the man accused of killing six members of his ex-wife's family and injuring a 15-year-old girl, was not present for a scheduled court appearance Monday morning.

Officials said he did not appear before a judge because he was being evaluated. The last time Haskell was in court, he collapsed to the floor after hearing the capital murder charge and the evidence against him.
