Human remains found on property of man whose life sentence in St. Louis murder was overturned

ST. LOUIS • Human remains have been found on the Sedalia-area property of a man whose life sentence for a St. Louis murder 51 years ago was overturned because of errors by authorities.

 Joseph F. Arbeiter, 65, was living at a trailer park in Pettis County, Mo., when he was arrested April 30 for an alleged rape at a neighboring trailer. He has been in custody since.
