Prosecutors argue for administrative judge to review Goodman trial blood evidence

If the judge in John Goodman’s DUI manslaughter case refuses to let an outside judge hear a dispute over the Wellington polo club founder’s blood test results, the ripple effects could hit courts around the state, prosecutors allege in documents filed Monday.

The latest argument comes days before a hearing where Circuit Judge Jeffrey Colbath is expected to decide how long he will delay Goodman’s second trial in the 2010 death of Scott Patrick Wilson.
