Men sued by missing coed's parents want data public ( Lauren Spierer )

INDIANAPOLIS — The two men being sued in federal court for allegedly providing alcohol to a missing Indiana University student before she disappeared in 2011 are fighting a request from the student's parents to keep evidence in the trial private.

The motions filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana by attorneys for Jason Rosenbaum and Corey Rossman came in response to the request for a protective order made Jan. 29 by the parents of Lauren Spierer.
