The Bountiful City Police Department is looking for Heather Lee Martin, a twenty four year old female and her six year old son, Riley James Martin. The State of Utah currently has a court order for custody of Riley. On October 31, 2012 at 14:17 hours, the Bountiful City Police Department received a call stating Heather entered a school in Bountiful and without permission removed Riley.

Heather was last seen wearing a white shirt and unknown color of pants. Heather left on foot and appeared anxious, agitated and physically unkempt. Heather’s known use of illegal substances negatively impacts her ability to safely and effectively care for Riley. Riley is autistic with communication challenges. It is unknown what vehicle Heather is currently driving or what direction she is heading.

Heather frequents the Salt Lake City area, specifically Downtown Salt Lake City.
