DOVER, N.H. -- A 29-year-old New Hampshire man has been charged with the murder of missing student Elizabeth Marriott, authorities said at a press conference here Saturday.
Seth J. Mazzaglia of Dover was arrested and charged with second-degree murder based on “credible information,” said New Hampshire assistant attorney general James C. Vara. Vara said the two knew each other, but declined to elaborate on their relationship, how Marriott died, or others details of the case, citing the “integrity of the ongoing investigation.”
