Foster due back in court in Trinity Hanna murder

Accused child murderer Eric Foster will is scheduled to be back in court Tuesday for a preliminary hearing.

 Foster, 27, is accused of first degree murder, torture and cruelty to a child in connection with the death of three-year-old Trinity Monique Hanna in January.

 Because of special circumstances alleged by the Kern County District Attorney, Foster could possibly face the death penalty if convicted of the murder and torture charges.
