Police Say Florida Man Brought Kids Along on Drug Buy

Tampa Police have charged a man with child neglect after they say he brought his two young children with him to buy drugs.

 Authorities said Jonathan Kelly loaded his 1-year-old and 4-year-old children into the car Saturday, then headed to meet a former high school acquaintance to buy some prescription pills.
