Opening arguments set for Leon Davis trial

Open arguments begin Tuesday in the trial of a man already sentenced to death for two murders.

Leon Davis is accused of shooting and killing two BP gas station workers in Lake Alfred in 2007.

He's already on death row for setting two women on fire at a Lake Wales insurance office a week earlier.

This trial is another double murder in Polk County. Davis has waives his right to a jury trial, meaning the judge will hear the case on his own.
