DeKalb County District Attorney Robert James revealed Monday he will seek a sentence of life in prison without parole for Andrea Sneiderman, charged with her husband's murder.
The punishment would match that given to her alleged co-conspirator, Hemy Neuman, convicted in March of fatally shooting Rusty Sneiderman outside a Dunwoody daycare facility in November 2010.
