Father of missing girl (Haleigh Cummings) faces Brevard judge in custody hearing

The father of missing north Florida girl Haleigh Cummings was set to face a Brevard County judge Monday in a child custody proceeding involving another child or children.

The hearing was not open to the public or media according to Florida statute that governs adoption proceedings.
