Prosecutor: Woman indicted in death of Charlie Kho

CLEVELAND -- Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason announced that Helen Fettes has been indicted on one (1) count of vehicular homicide, one (1) count of failure to stop after an accident, and one (1) count of tampering with evidence.

Fettes faces a maximum of 10 and a half years in prison.

Mason said that on October 17, 2011, Fettes, 80, of Olmsted Falls, struck Charlie Kho, 13, with her Mercury Sable in the area of Cook Road in Olmsted Township around 7 p.m.
