READING, Pa. - November 22, 2011 (WPVI) -- A man from Berks County has been charged with molesting his young daughter and one of his daughter's friends.
Pennsylvania State Police say 39-year-old Richard Marsolick of Hereford, Pa. checked into the Cab Frye's Motel in Hereford on Halloween night with his son and 6-year-old daughter, after Marsolick's home lost power.
