PICKAWAY COUNTY, Ohio -- Two teens are facing involuntary manslaughter charges after they allegedly defaced a stop sign before a fatal crash.
The Pickaway County sheriff's office filed charges on 19-year-old Seth R. Stonerock, from Stoutsville, and 18-year-old Derek W. Greenlee, from Circleville, Wednesday.
Arrest warrants were issued on charges of involuntary manslaughter and tampering with a traffic control device.
The charges are connected to a fatal traffic crash on Wednesday, Aug. 17, off state Route 56 and Huber Hitler Road.
