"I’m a data person and the data gives me no reason to believe otherwise."Kaine Horman filed for divorce in late June. He filed a restraining order against Terri Horman the same day on grounds that police gave him reason to believe she was involved in a plot to kill him and in Kyron's disappearance.Multnomah County deputies leading the investigation haven't named anyone as a suspect or person of interest.
