Judge May Rule On 911 Calls Made By Cindy Anthony

Anthony is not expected to attend the hearing, which is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m.
Orange County Judge Belvin Perry could decide at the hearing whether 911 calls made by Anthony's mother, Cindy Anthony, can be used at trial.
Anthony's defense team is expected to argue that the calls should not be allowed at trial because the information was not testimony under oath. The trial is scheduled to begin in May 2011.
Anthony, 24, is jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of Caylee, whose remains were found in December 2008. Caylee was 2 years old when she was reported missing in July 2008.
Anthony has pleaded not guilty, claiming a baby sitter kidnapped her daughter.
